BOISE – The Ada County Prosecutor’s Office received inquiries from both the public and media Tuesday regarding a case investigated by the Idaho Humane Society this week for an alleged violation of Idaho’s animal cruelty statute.
The incident occurred within the Boise City limits and is the jurisdiction of the Boise City Attorney’s Office where it is currently under review.
