Ada County Juvenile Division
The Ada County Prosecutor’s Office Juvenile Division is staffed with a supervisor, deputy prosecutors and victim-witness coordinators who assists crime victims through the juvenile justice system.
Deputy prosecutors assigned to the Juvenile Division handle all types of cases involving juvenile offenders, including felony, misdemeanor, and status offenses, such as Runaway, Beyond Control of Parent, and Curfew.
Juvenile Division deputy prosecutors also handle all involuntary adult mental commitment cases, child mental commitment cases, and developmentally disabled commitment cases in Ada County.
