Public Works Construction Projects
We have an experienced Owner’s Team to manage construction projects on behalf of the Board of Ada County Commissioners. Projects generally include new construction or remodeling of County-owned facilities, landfill projects, park improvements, bike path construction or repair, and other public works projects. Most projects involve specialized architectural and engineering agreements. We use a qualification based selection process to find the most qualified design professional for each project. All projects are expected to be completed on time, on a budget, and to be a quality finished product. All County projects are subject to the County’s Green Building Resolution #1180.
