Judge Annie McDevitt

Judge Annie McDevitt is a District Judge in Ada County where she handles felony cases and civil cases exceeding $10,000.00.

Before taking the bench, Judge McDevitt was in private practice primarily practicing criminal law.  Judge McDevitt received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Oregon and Juris Doctor from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she graduated with honors.  Judge McDevitt began serving as a Magistrate Judge in April 2018, and in October of 2023 she was appointed to the District bench.
