Judge Kimball was appointed to the magistrate bench in September 2019. Judge Kimball presides over a criminal calendar and handles misdemeanors, infractions, and preliminary hearings.
Before being appointed to serve as magistrate judge, he worked as a Deputy Public Defender and was assigned to juvenile, criminal, and civil matters. Judge Kimball received his law degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA and has Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Idaho in Moscow, ID.
