Accommodation Requests
It is the policy of Ada County to ensure that all county facilities, programs, services or activities are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Anyone who requires an accommodation may directly contact the department or office for which the access, service or program is requested.
If the accommodation cannot be provided by an individual department or office or is a modification to County policies or a facility, contact the ADA Coordinator as soon as possible but no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled event. If you need help submitting a request, or are unsure who to call, contact the ADA Coordinator.
The County ADA Coordinator will respond to the individual requesting the accommodation as soon as possible, but no later than 10 calendar days after receiving the request. If the response of the ADA Coordinator does not satisfactorily resolve the issue, you may file a complaint.
