Residential Mechanical Permit

Our team is experiencing an uptick in submittals, which, combined with extra steps in the process due to all submittals happening remotely, is causing a delay in processing times. In an effort to help our staff stay on top of the influx of e-mails and phone calls they are receiving, we have reduced our phone hours from 8am-5pm to 9am-4pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but are hopeful that with this change, our staff will have more time to process e-mailed submittals to get your application processed quicker.

Please see our updated submittal timelines for more detailed information on the delays we are experiencing.

COVID-19 Operations

Residential Mechanical Permits will be processed as usual, as they can be submitted online.
