Legal notice is hereby given that the Board of Ada County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on March 6, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID, to hear a request for:

201802245-S, B&A ENGINEERS, OWL SUBDIVISION; A preliminary plat application for a four (4) lot residential subdivision (Owl Sub). The property is located in the Rural Urban Transition (RUT) which requires a minimum of 5-acres in size. Lot 1 is proposed to be 18.84 acres, Lot 2 is proposed to be 5.91 acres, Lot 3 is proposed to be 5.94 acres and Lot 4 is proposed to be 6.30 acres.
