Legal notice is hereby given that the Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 11, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID, to hear a request for:

201900831-S-PR, T-O ENGINEERS, FLICKER ESTATES SUBDIVISION; A preliminary plat for a seven (7) lot subdivision along with a private road application to extend the existing Lanewood/Flicker Lane private road. 201900825-MSP-DA-PBA-ZC, GARY MCCALLISTER; The applicant is seeking to rezone 4162 State Street from R1 to C2 and remove the existing house. They are also seeking a Boundary Adjustment to combine 4162 and 4150 State Street. The Master Site Plan has been withdrawn. The property is located at 4162/4150 W State St and contains 1.78 acres. 201901023-HD-S-PR, BROKEN HORN SUBDIVISION, THE LAND GROUP INC; Preliminary plat, private road and hillside development applications were submitted requesting approval for a fourteen (14) lot residential subdivision on approximately 151.36-acres in the Rural Residential (RR) District.  The applicant is proposing the fourteen (14) residential lots to be 10 acres in size and served by a combination of a public roadway and three (3) private roads.  Both the public and private roadways are proposed to be twenty four (24) feet in width and paved.  The subject site contains slopes from 15% to in excess of 50% on portions of the property.
