Ada County Coroner Identifies Woman Killed in Meridian House Invasion and Fire
Coroner Owens identified 84 year-old Carmen Ione Abbott as the woman killed in the Meridian home invasion and fire on September 28, 2017. The cause of death was ruled as carbon monoxide poisoning. Manner of death was ruled as a homicide. Abbott was positively identified by dental comparison.
