November 4, 2016: The investigation of 17 year old Clayton S. Tully’s cause of death has been completed. The cause of death being severe blunt force trauma due to motor vehicle accident. Alcohol intoxication was a contributing factor with a blood alcohol level of .275%
May 29th 2016: 17 year old Clayton Tully of Meridian was involved in a fatal motor vehicle accident near Swan Falls in Kuna at approximately 04:57.
