The Ada County Coroner identified 19 year-old Charles P. Chambers, of Boise, as the individual found in a parking lot on Maple Grove in Boise on Wednesday October 26, 2016. Identification was found in a vehicle on Maple Grove. Cause of death is pending.
This case is under investigation by the Boise Police Department.
