Coroner Owens identified 28 year-old Timothy J. Polston, of Meridian, as the man hilled in a motor vehicle accident near State and Bogart Lane on October 14, 2017. Polston was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center where he died of his injuries sustained in the accident. The cause of death is blunt force trauma and the manner of death has been ruled and accident. The case is currently under investigation by the Boise Police Department.
