Coroner Owens identified 32 year-old Marshal Fulp, of Boise, as the man found dead of a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Fulp was in his vehicle in the 3700 block of North Stone Creek Way, at the time of his death. According to reports, Mr. Fulp was a suspect in a reported rape that occurred in Boise prior to his death.
