Coroner Owens identified the 68 year-old woman who was struck by a car in the crosswalk on December 19, 2017. Barbara Whittaker died from injuries she sustained in the accident on December 27, 2017. According to reports, on December 19, Barbara Whittaker was struck by a vehicle while in the crosswalk on west Ustick and North Constantine in Boise. Ms. Whittaker was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center where she died from her injuries.
