Coroner Owens has identified Herbert Douglas Moran, age 36, of Meridian, Idaho as the victim of a fatal motor vehicle accident on Ten Mile Road near the Ustick Road intersection on Sunday, July 22, 2018.
The cause of death was blunt force trauma due to a motor vehicle accident. The manner of death was an accident.
Toxicology results are pending and may take several weeks to return.
The case is under investigation by the Meridian Police Department.
