Coroner Owens identified the man shot during an officer involved shooting in Boise on January 4, 2017. 27 year-old Robert Hansen died after an exchange with law enforcement during a routing traffic stop at 111 South 27th Street. The incident is under investigation by the critical incident task force lead by Idaho State Police.
