Coroner Owens identified 33 year-old Daniel Isaiah Norris of Meridian, Idaho as the man killed in an altercation with Meridian Police Officers on July 1, 2018. Norris died of multiple gunshot wounds after an altercation with law enforcement.
This case is under investigation by the Critical Incident Task Force.
