Coroner Owens identified 42 year-old Illa D. Tsar as the driver of the semi-truck involved in the multi-vehicle collision that occurred on June 17, 2018. Positive dental identification has been made and proper notification to the family has taken place. The cause of death is thermal and inhalation injuries due to a multi-motor vehicle collision. The manner of death has been ruled an accident.
This case is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
