5 year old IIai Mizrachi-Gabbitas has been identified by the Ada County Coroner. He was transported to St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 6:55PM on Tuesday August 9, 2016. The manner of death has been ruled an accidental drowning.
