Coroner Owens identified 11 year-old Ethan Zollman, of Council, as the victim of a horseback riding accident. Ethan died of blunt force trauma. He was transported to St. Luke’s Boise Pediatric Intensive Care Unit where he was pronounced dead on Friday March 30, 2018.
