Coroner Owens identified the body found in north Boise as 48 year-old Frank William Sutton of Boise. Mr. Sutton was found in his vehicle near 2013 N. 7th Street. An autopsy has been completed and at this time, found play is not suspected and the cause of death is pending toxicology results which can take several weeks to return.
The case is currently under investigation by the Boise Police Department.
