Coroner Owens identified 2 year-old Liam Mankins as the victim of a single gunshot wound to the head on Sunday, November 4, 2018. Liam was transported via lifeflight from Baker City, Oregon to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise were he was pronounced dead.
This case is currently under investigation by the Baker City Police Department
