Public Hearing Notice
The Board of Ada County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on March 14, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, at 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to discuss Project #201702323-ZOA. A zoning ordinance text amendment to amend Ada County Code Subsection 8-5-3-62C regarding standards for livestock confinement facilities to remove the compliance requirement for a livestock confinement facility to comply with subdivision covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs).
