The Board of Ada County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on September 26, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, at 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID to hear testimony regarding specific alleged deficiencies in the decision to deny application 201400344-DA-M & 201702144-ZC-DA-S-MSP, KM ENGINEERING:
The applicant submitted a letter identifying the perceived deficiencies and on August 21, 2018, the Board approved the request for reconsideration and scheduled a hearing to hear public testimony regarding the following five perceived deficiencies identified by the applicant:
Testimony at the public hearing will be limited to information regarding the five alleged deficiencies in the Board’s decision identified by the applicant. The original application included: a Development Agreement Modification for Charter Pointe Meadows, a new preliminary plat for 178 buildable lots and 13 common lots, a rezone to R8 and R12 density with multifamily units, a new development agreement with the rezone, and a master site plan for 48 multi-family units. The property for 201702144 ZC-DA-S- MSP contains 50.69 acres and the property for 201400344 DA-DM contains 21.29 acres. The properties are located on S. Cape View Way, W. Touchstone Drive, Stonewood Drive, W. Tanglewood Drive, S. Rudder Ave., Widlewood Dr., W. Seabreeze Way and S. Maple Grove Road in Section 2 and 11, T. 2N, R. 1E. Diana Sanders 208-287-7905.
