Supplier Registration

Ada County maintains a listing of suppliers for internal use only.  The individual Ada County offices/departments can view your information in our registered supplier database.  If you provide a good or service that is needed by the County, the database may be used as a supplier resource.  It is not mandatory that Ada County offices/departments use this supplier listing as the only source of procurement.

Click on the "Supplier Registration Form" below to access the online form.  By completing and submitting the form, your company will be entered into our registered supplier database.  If your company has not done business with Ada County within two years after registration, your file will automatically be deleted from our database.  If there is a record of business activity between your company and the County within two years after registration, you will be notified to up-date your information.  Please contact the Ada County Procurement division for further information at procurement@adaweb.net or (208) 287-7123.


NOTE:  The registered supplier list is not used to automatically notify suppliers of bid solicitations.  Bids that are required to be advertised (formal bids), are published in the legal section of a local newspaper  of general circulation which is The Idaho Statesman, www.idahostatesman.com; and, as a courtesy, formal bids are posted on the Ada County Procurement Web site, www.adacounty.id.gov/bids.
