Coroner Owens identified 54 year-old Marvin Ott as the man killed after striking a vehicle with his motorized bicycle on July 22, 2017. Mr. Ott fell after the collision and struck his head on the concrete curb. He was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries. Alcohol and/or drugs are not suspected. Further investigation is being completed by the Boise Police Department.
