ABOUT RISK MANAGEMENT
Risk Management is committed to implementing effective programs that are designed to minimize the County's exposure to loss, promote a healthy and safe work environment, and control costs. Risk Management also provides the County with the tools it needs to become more effective at evaluating and managing the uncertainties it faces. Risk Management is responsible for analyzing, managing, and processing claims for liability, workers' compensation, auto, property, and unemployment. Many of these services and programs are required by state or federal law. The RM team meets the County's needs for safety, claims assistance, technical risk management, risk financing, risk control, and risk transfer solutions.
